There are several ways in which to order a repeat prescription.
Patients can complete the online repeat request form by clicking the link below. Alternatively patients can use the right hand side of the prescription sheet by simply ticking the medicines required and can be placed in our "repeat prescription" boxes situated by reception at either Surgery or by handing them into one of our associated pharmacies as listed below. Alternatively we will accept telephone requests and ask that this only be done between the hours of 10am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.
We respectfully ask that you allow 4 working days to enable prescriptions to reach their destination and time for them to be completed.
